What we collect

Your email address; your company's name and type, and its domain if you sign up with a work address; the settings and description you give each TenderBot; and which tenders we matched and emailed to you. We do not ask for your name, phone number or any payment details.

How we use it

To sign you in, to match public tenders to your TenderBots, and to email you those matches. If you sign up with a work address, we read your company's public homepage once to suggest what kind of company it is; you confirm or correct that.

Who else processes it

The service runs on Google Cloud in Mumbai. The description you type and your TenderBot settings are sent to TypeSafe AI's decision model to tag and score tenders; your email address is not sent to it. Emails are delivered through a mail provider. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Cookies

One cookie, __session, keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Sign-in codes

Codes are stored only in hashed form, expire after 10 minutes and work once.

Your choices

You can pause a TenderBot from the link in any email, and delete your account with all its TenderBots and matches at any time from "Delete my account and data" on your home screen. Colleagues who sign up with the same company domain see the company name and type, never your TenderBots.

Consent

By entering your email and signing in you consent to this processing, as required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account.
